As an ME911 member you will have access to a 24 x 7 Personal Crisis Assistant who coordinates communication and the exchange of information between your family and friends, first responders, and emergency medical personnel in the event of a disaster or personal emergency.
Using advanced technology, we alert your list of friends, family and emergency contacts instantly via text messages, emails and phone calls.
We also provide secure online storage of information that's important to you including health and insurance information, your list of phone numbers as well as the opportunity to upload copies of your original documents providing back up and secure access when needed the most.
Think of us as your virtual 'locker' or personal online 'safe', where you can securely store documents and information and have access to your 24 x 7 Personal Crisis Assistant all wrapped into one convenient service.
You can choose between the following two levels of our membership services:
- Advantage Plan: Free with a pay-per-call option
You can sign up for the Advantage Plan for free and pay only when used in an emergency. Back up your entire list of phone contacts, health profile, and insurance information, absolutely free.
If you find yourself in an emergency and need to call our Crisis Assistance helpline to alert your loved ones or exchange information, only then will you be charged $7.99/per call made. - Premium Plan: $44.95/year
The Premium Plan offers all the benefits of the Advantage plan and more!
In addition to managing your entire profile, you can upload and securely save copies of important documents. Whether it's insurance information, health records or tax returns, you can access these scanned copies instantly when needed. You can also make unlimited calls to our Crisis Assistance Helpline.
Both Plans provide you with a 24 x 7 Personal Crisis Assistant accessible via our Crisis Assistance Hotline. The Premium Plan exclusively allows you securely store documents that are important to you by scanning/faxing them in to your 'virtual locker'.
