Our ME911 Premium Plan provides:

• Secure online storage of digital files (pdfs) of original documents like birth certificates, wills, deeds, insurance papers , baseline EEG and EKG scans as well as important photographs and video records
• A secure online place to store important information such as your health profile, insurance policies, and important names, phone numbers, and addresses that you may need in the event of a disaster or personal emergency
• Immediate text message, email, and voice notifications to people you specify as your emergency contacts to apprise them of the situation so they can take appropriate steps
• A Personal Crisis Assistant to help coordinate communication between family members and, if necessary, with first responders and emergency medical personnel
• 24 x 7 x 365 Crisis Assist Hotline number exclusively for members

What to do:

Register you and your family for ME911
Fill out your health, safety, and emergency contact information, to our secure online database

On your cell phone:

Once you become a registered ME911 member, add our Crisis Assist Hotline number: 1.866.94H.LPME to your phone as ME911 (Paramedics will look for ME911 contact in your phone and call us if you are unable to do so yourself)

Program ME911 in all of the phones in your family
Place the stickers provided in your membership kit on your car, cell phone, and home (front door window)

How it works:

In the event of an emergency, simply call our Crisis Assist Hotline to quickly gain access to your ME911 Personal Crisis Assistant who will immediately alert and inform your list of emergency contacts, friends and family via text messages, emails, and phonecalls. Your Personal Crisis Assistant will also make important health and personal information immediately available when and where it's needed the most.

If, for some reason you are unable to call the Crisis Hotline, first responders will be able to access our hotline through your phone.

Also, once you sign up your loved ones, you will immediately know when they are in an emergency with text/email/phone notifications from us and that important information is readily available at the scene.
